What is CheqOne?
CheqOne is cheque printing software for businesses in the UAE and the GCC. You write cheques in your browser, CheqOne fills in the amount in words (English or Arabic), and the cheque prints exactly in place on your bank's cheque leaf. It also tracks cheque books, post-dated cheques, bank status and vouchers for every company you run.
My bank isn't listed. Can I still use CheqOne?
Yes. Open the cheque designer, drag the date, payee, amount and other fields onto the outline of your cheque, print a test on plain paper, and adjust. Or send us a scanned cheque and we'll prepare the layout for you.
Does CheqOne post payments to Zoho Books?
Yes. Connect Zoho Books in Settings, mark the bank accounts that belong to Zoho, and CheqOne records a vendor payment in Zoho Books when the cheque is printed.
