Millimetre-exact
Fields are placed in millimetres from the cheque's corner. Each printer's unprintable margin is compensated automatically.
A cheque is unforgiving: a few millimetres off and the amount runs into the box. CheqOne prints every field at its exact position and makes sure the job really finished before it marks the cheque printed.

Laser, inkjet, dot-matrix or a dedicated cheque printer — by USB or over the network. No special drivers.
X/Y offsets per bank account and per printer PC, in 0.1 mm steps, so two offices with different printers both print perfectly.
Before printing, the Print Helper checks the printer is online with paper. While printing, it watches the Windows print queue. Offline, out of paper, jammed or an error? The job stops with a clear message and the cheque is not marked printed.
Write on your phone or laptop and press Print — the cheque prints on the approved PC in your office. Real cheques never print from an unknown computer; browser previews are stamped SPECIMEN.
Download the free Print Helper from your account onto the PC next to the printer.
Sign in from the helper. The PC appears in Printer PCs, ready to approve.
Pick the printer for cheques and the one for vouchers — they can differ.
Print a test cheque on plain paper, hold it over a real leaf, adjust offsets.
Each user chooses how printing behaves: show a preview first, show the Windows print dialog, or print silently to the chosen printer. Sharp text comes from high-resolution rendering — 600 dpi for cheque-size pages.
Requirements: Windows 10 or 11 on the printer PC. Everyone else just needs a browser.
