Choose the layout
Open Cheque designer and add a layout from the library, or import an .rpx file. Compare the page size and field positions with your cheque stock.
Connect the printer PC
Install the Print Helper on Windows, register the PC and obtain approval. Select the intended printer in Printer PCs.
Test and adjust
Print a test on plain paper at actual size. Overlay it with a cheque to compare the date, payee, amount and words. Adjust the account offsets or per-PC calibration, then repeat until aligned.
Check the first cheque
Confirm feed direction and paper orientation. Check the actual printed cheque before continuing with a batch. A completed print queue job does not replace a visual check.
